Refund policy

Online Purchases

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund. No refunds will be given for products returned after the 14-day purchase period. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for this refund policy. All panties, shapewear, accessories, gift cards, boxed or wrapped items are also FINAL SALE. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@loungewithus.com or fill out the return card included in your package. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a refund to the original method of payment. Items sent back to us 15 or more days after purchase or items returned without the completed return card will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. We do not offer free returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like the following: underwear, face masks, bralettes, or sports bras. Special orders or personalized items along with personal care goods such as beauty products will not be eligible for return. All SALE items are final sale & not eligible to be returned. Gift Cards are also not eligible to be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once we receive your return, a refund will be applied for the amount of the item.  You will not be refunded the shipping cost if one applied to your original order. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the item. Any applicable shipping charges will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
