It was kismet that brought husband & wife duo Ernie & Emily Vallorano to California on business & the milieu of scenic beauty along the 27 mile stretch of the Malibu coastline that inspired them to stay. Paying homage to the famed highway & finding themselves caught in a longstanding love affair with California, the two launched 27 Miles Malibu in 2012—an eclectic premier contemporary line comprised of fine, quality cashmere in modern silhouettes & infused with vintage undercurrents. The line encapsulates the SoCal lifestyle: barefoot on the beach, an oceanfront Malibu bungalow—reminiscing of golden days gone by, the translucence of time & the acute awakening of the adventurous spirit.

What I really like about this brand?

The weight of the sweaters. Just a lovely layer when there's a chill to the air. I also love their colors & prints. The pastels pop & their edgy greys are eye catching.
