Meet Candice Blomeyer of Imbali Charleston
Q: Tell us a little about your profession & why you do what you do:
A: I am the owner behind Imbali Charleston which is a brand new, locally owned ladies sleepwear range (... to start with anyway!). Before the joy of children, I used to be a retail buyer for a chain store in South Africa similar to Target and I bought Kids, Baby and Pets homewares. Fast forward 3 kids and many countries later and the local inspiration was too much to ignore so I decided to launch a sleepwear line offering customers a range of fun and beautiful prints and plain designs in an assortment of fabrics. I love being creative and being able to channel that into something people can enjoy.
Q: When not at work, where can we mostly find you?
A: My favorite place to be is literally at home with my kids and dogs!
Although, I make sure to take some “me” time and get to my local Pure Barre studio in Summerville to recharge and teach!
Q: If you could lounge anywhere in the world, where would it be?
A: Ibiza (a Spanish Island). My sister in law lives there and it is possibly the most beautiful place in the world!
